Peter Larson and Business Manager Joe treated me fantastic and made me and my wife feel comfortable during the entire process. Can't say enough good things about how easy the whole car buying process was.  I am pretty sure I will only be buying Acuras from Chevy Chase Acura in the future.

I highly recommend Chevy Chase Acura if you are considering buying an Acura. No need to go to any other dealers in the DC area.

  I visited two times and both times I received not only attentive service, but the staff was very helpful in terms of answering all my questions.  The transaction went smoothly and was very fair.

I also traded in an older Honda.  Upon cleaning it, the service manager found my credit card and called me to return it. He locked it up until I got there and went out of his way to meet me.  In the short time I've had it, I went once to the service department to add molding to the sides. Again, very good customer service.

I'd give them another try - I've worked with Phil Buzilo and Eddy Reyes in sales and Aziz Elhallou who is the sales manager.  And the car is a dream.

The sales manager Ralph and his sales team are a class act.  No hard sell and no last minute up sells (except extended warranty).  Wanted to buy the new RDX and most dealers held tough on sticker price.  These guys gave me a very fare price and got me out in 40 minutes.  I kept waiting for the gotcha moment but it didn't happen.  I would certainly recommend this dealership and except to be doing business with them in the future.

... a new RDX, a pre-owned Audi Q7 and now the new 2012 TSX and have had excellent customer service and auto maintenance there. We love the free car washes and oil and filter service for life as well. Sales person Mike Jones(who sold us all 3 cars) is great, friendly and helpful and will get you the best deal possible. With our latest purchase we had the paperwork signed and the car washed and ready within less than 2 hours....Mike also helped sync our phones, set our seats and ran through the car very well. We actually had only emailed him the night before that we might be interested in the TSX, he had a few cars out and ready to drive the next morning, we picked our color and drove it then bought it...it was very convenient..and with no hassle and no pressure to buy. We highly recommend Chevy Chase Acura and will definitely be back there to buy our next car as well.

We were very pleased with the entire experience! During the "shopping" process, our sales representative (Peter Larson) was very quick to respond with information. When we arrived at the dealership, he answered all our questions and helped to present numerous options that would work with our budget. After our purchase (we were pleased with the price), the service department was very responsive to addresses several items that needed attention. We were able to pick up of the automobile at 8:50 p.m. - very convienent, as we live some distance from the dealership. Recommend a visit to Chevy Chase. on December 10, 2011. Salesperson Mike Jones took care of me and my wife. He helped us decide on the model, helped us compare different models, and when we decided on the RDX, took us for a test drive and helped us pick out the one we wanted to lease. We had our new car within two hours of arriving. He also took the time to help us synchronize our cell phone to the blue tooth connection and demonstrated all the bells and whistles. He was never in a hurry to go somewhere. He gave us all the time in the world. He was courteous and interested in our needs at all times. We recommend Acura as a great vehicle, and recommend Mike Jones at Chevy Chase Acura as a great sales person.
